Cruelty Free Is What It Should Always Be

The E.P.A wants to cut the amount of animal testing, and they plan to have 30% of animal testing eliminated by 2025 and that it will be completely eliminated by 2035.

I agree with the E.P.A because animal testing is, first of all, cruel to lots of different kinds of animals and second of all, it is a little unnecessary because most scientists can figure out whether a product is harmful on humans or is safe. So, why test on an innocent animal that has no say in it to potentially hurt them?

It is important to study chemicals in the environment to see the level of toxicity, so we don’t get hurt by them and so that we don’t have to test on animals by letting humans volunteer to do the testing instead.

I don’t think that animal testing is important in the Food and Drug Administration, because the animals have no say in the testing and it’s not like they can volunteer. So, why not let humans volunteer? They would have a say in it, unlike the animals do.

I do not think that animal testing is ever justified, because even though something might be toxic, we shouldn’t be putting the animals in danger without their consent.
